Green tea is not only an effective natural fat burner, but it also has wonderful anti-cancer and anti-aging effects.  When you replace you morning coffee with green tea it may be difficult the first couple weeks, but after a couple of weeks you will not only look better but you also start to feel better.  Green tea is an all natural fat burner so unlike other fat burners being sold today it is completely safe to use, even for individuals that can not use other fat burners due to having a history of heart problems or high blood pressure.
